Shipping and return policies for A Reason To Travel

Shipping Info

CDs, stickers, and vinyl with the DK shipping option are shipped directly by me with the Danish postal service (PostNord). CDs and stickers are sent as regular letters and therefore without tracking. Vinyl is sent as a registered letter with tracking.

Other vinyl options are sent through DHL (traceable) from Germany or Royal Mail from the UK (not traceable).

Shirts and hoodies are sent through the print on demand services of Printful (Printful Inc. / www.printful.com ).

Please be aware that your name and address (but never your mail or phone number) will be passed on to Printful and their shipping partners (e.g. EU orders are sent from Latvia with the Latvian postal service and then delivered by your local postal service) in order to fulfill your order.

Parcels are sent with tracking and the tracking number will be informed once available. Printful operates worldwide, even though Latvia is listed as the shipping country. A US order might be sent from Mexico or from within the US for example. Please be aware that local taxes, customs or other charges might apply, depending on the item bought and your location. I can't be held responsible for these costs and for further information, please consult your local authorities.

Return Policy

Right of withdrawal (only applicable for physical goods sold by the artist "A Reason To Travel" directly)

You have the right to cancel a contract (merchandise and physical goods only) within fourteen days without giving any reason. The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier took possession of the last goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (A Reason To Travel, Yannick Willer, Møntmestervej 22, 3.tv, 2400 København, Denmark, artt.kbh@gmail.com, by means of a clear statement (e.g. a mail sent by post letter, fax or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use the attached model withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will have to repay you all the payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from choosing a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us). The payment to you has to be done immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment we use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was specifically agreed with you; In no case will you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

You have to return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than fourteen days from the date on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired. You bear the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.
